The BodyTalk System™
The BodyTalk System™ is a healing modality that allows the energy systems of the body to be synchronized so that the body can function as it is meant to. No diagnosis is given nor medications prescribed. It is non-invasive, no contraindications to its use and is totally safe.
The BodyTalk System was developed by Dr. John Veltheim in 1996. This system combines aspects of modern physics, traditional Chinese medicine, advaitic philosophy, applied kinesiology, and Western medicine. It is a system of healing that can be integrated into any other health care system or it can be utilized on its own. The sessions are enjoyable and encompass holistic health of body, mind & spirit!

BodyTalk sessions are equally effective when they are performed from a distance. Simply book an appointment time and experience the healing in the comfort of your own home. Christa will contact you after the session to provide details of what the session revealed. This is a great opportunity for people who have busy lifestyles, travel frequently or don't have a BodyTalk practitioner in their area.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a natural, safe and gentle healing modality that utilizes the laying on of hands. Reiki is a Universal Life Force Energy and the Reiki Practitioner is able to tap into an unlimited supply of this energy and channels it to the client to create spiritual, mental and physical well-being. Amethyst BioMat
Lying on an Amethyst BioMat is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. During the session, you will be laying on a mat consisting of 28 pounds of amethyst. The mat emits negative ions and far infrared energy that can help ease joint stiffness, promote blood circulation, reduce swelling/inflammation, improve skin and muscle tone, assist detoxification and balance moods. Environmental Cleansing
Environmental Cleansing is a process that shifts negative vibrations out of the space being cleansed and replaces the undesired energy with positive high frequency vibrations. The result of cleansing is a lighter feeling room, a space that is filled with positivity, joy, love and creative energy.
This method can be very beneficial for new tenants or landlords that wish to start fresh in a previously occupied space, real estate agents that are having trouble selling certain homes and office managers that deal with employee tension and stress. Animal Reiki
Reiki can also be used for healing both domestic and wild animals. Animal Reiki can be effective in helping animals heal from surgery and recover from illness and injuries. It is also recommended if the animal is dealing with physical and emotional stress, if there are behavioral difficulties and if they are adjusting to a new home environment.
